Priority Constants

Thread.MIN_PRIORITY  = 1
Thread.NORM_PRIORITY = 5 (default)
Thread.MAX_PRIORITY  = 10

Priority Set karna

Thread t2 = new Thread(() -> System.out.println("High priority"));

t1.setPriority(Thread.MIN_PRIORITY);  // 1
t2.setPriority(Thread.MAX_PRIORITY);  // 10

t1.start();
t2.start();

// t2 pehle run karne ki zyada chances, but GUARANTEED nahi

Important Note

Priority sirf hint hai, guarantee nahi
OS thread scheduler decide karta hai
Different OS alag behavior dete hain
Starvation ho sakti hai — low priority thread kabhi na chale
